Bought APR chip/spare ECU w/o EMCS. Lost cruise control--does APR usually do this?

Default It just needs to be activated; call back APR.

The default position on new ECU's from the factory is cruise control deactivated.

a few of the ECU's that were tested on a new test bench.

I don't know; call the ECU manufacturer and find out for us.
