I bought a new shift **** from CFI Motorsports (http://www.conrerona.com/). it is made by a company called Conrero. I bought the Imola Aluminun (option B). I purchased both the tall and short ***** to see which would fit better.
The short **** fits our car PERFECTLY!! I did NOT have to remove the boot and do any modifications (as some people have had to do with MOMO *****, though I DID try this route with the tall ****, but it did not look right), and the **** fits absolutely flush with the boot, just like if it was stock!! It took me 15 minutes to install, and that was because I played around with the height a little.
The build quality is great! It is brushed aluminum, with a very soft satin feel!! The thing is HEAVY too, very solid feel. Better than any MOMO **** I have held (that is NOT a flame on MOMO). The aluminum is a great look in my car, Onyx interior with the alum. trim. I bought the **** from Erik at CFI for $75, he is a very nice guy.
I thought about doing a FAQ for the install, but it is TOO easy to go through the effort.
If youhave any questions please let me know.
I hope to have pics soon.
