Just installed rear pads on the 01 A4 1.8TQM.
Didn't bleed the brakes, but I siphoned some fliud off. Pumped the brakes and set took a test drives.
Brakes are working but I hear the sound of air when I press the brake pedal. What did I miss?

It takes a number pumps of the brake pedal or working of the hand brake to bed the pads back into the proper position. Don't worry, it should go away. Generally though, its a good idea to flush the brake system when replacing pads and rotors.
