Default brake pad recommendation

i just bought a set of 4 cross-drilled zimmerman rotors. i need some new pads to go with them.

Here's my top 3 concerns in order of importance:
1. quietness
2. longevity
3. dust
4. performance

I rarely race my car, i just want them to be quiet, and not eat up my rotors in a short amount of time, and hopefully still be slightly better performing than stock pads.

Default You're OK

I have slotted A8 rotors with my boxster calipers
Most BBKs(Big brake kits) use slotted or drilled rotors

Pros:
Better cooling
Cleaning pad surface

Cons:
Life of brake pad
Cracking(drilled rotors)
