you're gonna get tons of different answers on this one.
I have the EBC green stuff pads and I like them, good initial bite, low dust. Not sure if they are all that better than OEM but the less dust is great.

EBC and Mintex red are what I seem to see here most, though I hear everyone but the OEM guys talk about there seems to be less stopping power. When I replaced I went with OEM because when it comes to stopping I want to STOP. Cleaning brake dust is generally cheaper and easier than repairing the front end...
