Brake Problem...Need Help

If one caliper is truly stuck, you'll most likely need to replace the caliper.
After you get the new caliper in, you'll need to swap out L+R rotors for new one's, and the pads as well. Make sure you bleed the caliper after you've assembled the new rotors and pads.

Try this
Work the piston fully into the caliper, then install the pads. From in the car, give the brake pedal a few half-stroke pumps until the piston is extended so that the pad is forced against the rotor. Now, remove the caliper and force the piston fully into the caliper again, then repeat the above.
This works best on used pads, where the piston has to travel the farthest.
Oh, yeah!
a) check the rubber dust shield between the piston OD and the caliper. I've had these harden and crack with age.
b) clean the piston with brake cleaning compound beore doing the above.
I haven't had to do the above on my Audis but have done it a few times on various Porsche 911s I've owned.
