Braking!!!

Braking!!!
hi all...i am a new owner/member...i just bought my 2003 a4 on saturday (11-30)...i noticed that my brakes squeek a bit during slow braking...is this normal??? is there any sort of braking period for brakes??? and should i take it to audi asap for them to check it out??? just to let you all know it is a 1.8t quattro (if that matters)...any input would be appreciated...thanx!!!

welcome, and yes.. try the gen. 2 forum
if it's a new car though, the brakes may be rusted a bit from rain or whatever. just break in the car for a few hundred miles, i'm sure it'll be fine.

don't be worried... but since you just got the car, take it to the dealer if you're truly concerned
i mean, that's what a warranty is for. abuse it while you can cuz after 3yrs/50k miles you'll regret not living it up. make them change the brake pads and rotors if you want, it's all free. heh heh : )
