Seems the pizza guys got a little carried away with the pesto sauce. I took it to an auto detail place this morning. They have to take the seat apart to clean the foam padding.

I just heard it will be about $225 dollars to fix. They have to take the seat apart.

Default Damn!

I like pesto sauce too, but that really sucks for you. I guess I know why I always put my pizza on the floor instead. Not that it helps you now.

Default I at least try doing it myself before spending $225.

There's a citrus-based stain remover...sorry I can't remember the name of it, but it comes concentrated in a small bottle, and you mix it with water as you need it....Citrusolve, I think it's called (or close to that)....that has done great things for furniture in our house on all kinds of stains. With two kids, believe me, you learn how to deal with stains in upholstery. $225? They saw you coming, man. Brand new car, they figure you're willing to spend just about anything to make look it like new again. And maybe you do have to spend that. But look -- they're using something to get that stain out, so for that price it seems to me it's worth experimenting a little with low-risk methods that won't make matters worse. Whatever you decide to do -- Good luck!

Default Eat meat and you wouldn't have that problem! :)

Sorry man, that does suck. You can try and blot it out of the seat. Also look for a degreaser for upholstery. That might help out some too. I would be a little afraid of a detail shop to take apart the seat. See if a dealer could do it.
Just my opinion.
Good luck.

I tried for an hour. Still smells like a pizzarea. The pizza place is paying for this one.
