I'm concerned about this. Any ideas?

I just used the over-the-counter radiator cleaner stuff and changed my coolant a few times and now its gone.

The coolant itself looks fine. But stuck to the top of the reservoir are globs of this stuff.

Default Well, you can get a new coolant resevoir for around $45
Makes it look alot better.

(bad oil cooler)

Which depends on the color of the coolant. If it's still opaque (pink to orange), it's fine. If it's also brown...it's oil.

Couldn't oil and coolant mix if there was a head gasket or turbo problem, too?
