Ok,
Maybe some of you can help answer a question for me. Are the new brushless super spray, undercarriage wash and blow car washes good or bad for a car's finish/undercarriage?
I've always wondered which is preferable that or handwashing?

Hand washing is always the best (provided you use a quality soap and a clean mit). I do use the brushless washes in the winter, though there are some differences. Some "brushless" washes still have rotating terry-cloth 'octopuss' arms that can leave swirl marks. Others just use high pressure water/soap to blow the dirt off. The problem occasionaly with the high power washes is that water can get pushed past the door seals

but if your good with that then go ahead. IMO they are better than the others and sometimes the best answer (winter), but make sure you wax regularly. The detergents can eat a good coat of wax in one sitting.
