Cam cap bolts reusable?

Cam cap bolts reusable?
I'm replacing my cam chain tensioner soon, and i'd like to know of a place to buy bolts like the ones used on the cam bearing caps and the chain tensioner. They both use the same size bolt. I cant seem to find one for sale online. Is there any type of bolt that would be available locally that would be similar enough to substitute? I am wary of using the original bolts twice.

In my experience the cam chain tensioner say 058-109-088-e with 058-198-217 kit
the bolts are not replaced... that is my experience.
Head bolts are always replaced as they are single time use streatch bolts.
