Can any garage safely mount and balance new tires?

then agree on how many(if any) scratches,dings,etc. there are on your wheels. then watch the guys work on your car, and if anything should happen A. you watched it happen; B. the service manager knows what shape your wheels were in when you got there. so they would have to replace the damaged wheel.

I did that and he still f'ed me! Take a video/pics of your wheels with him standing there, then you have hard proof of you wheel conditions...
that way, there is no arguing "oh, don't remember seeing that before, we couldn't of done that"
If you're in VA Beach or Norfolk, don't go to Kramer tire. I as well as several of my friends have had problems with them.
