My guess is that even if Turbo5 went T.U. you are probably still okay. Here's why:

They've been a little unresponsive via email as well...but I'm gonna give them the benefit
of the doubt. I returned my Stage III brakes...they've had them in hand for at least 2 weeks now...but no credit on my CC. Legally they can take 30 days to issue a credit...but the CC company said it is a little fishy when they start to run down the clock and that I should call back in a week or two and they'll look into it. Hmm...doesn't sound good...but I don't think they're gonna screw people...if they do none of them would EVER be able to show their faces in the Audi / VW community again...
Besides it's only Monday...maybe their server issue is still un-resolved.

You can track down the Admin of the Turbo5 domain...just goto
whois.corenic.net
And then punch in Turbo5.com and you'll get some contact info...pretty basic stuff, an address and phone number and name, it's a guy who has been around the forum for a while...I'm not gonna post that stuff though, if you want it then you go through the process.
