more hp and trq than other chips

Default i dont think so...possibly the x-chip for MY 2001's but i'm not positive..

Who knows...every car is different...

U would need the same car, same dyno, same temps, with different software to really see which chip has the most power...

Default More than some, less than others.
It certainly puts out more power than a Neuspeed chip. APR and GIAC are comparable. XChip is pretty freakin' awesome.
