In theory yes, but it's probably too big.
If you're going up 20mm in width, you need to lower your aspect ratio to offset the growth. In other words, you should go with a 225/55-15. The 225/60 would be about 4% too big.
That said, it may be difficult finding a 225/55 or even a 215/55 to go on a 15 inch rim! A good option, depending on availability may be a 215/60, which is only about 2% too large.
