Sound right there...400 mi for the trip up/down and some city driving with the gf...

In WA 250 miles is the limit for new.

Default mine had 500 when I bought it NEW

Yeah, it was probably beat on, but I just used it as leverage for a MUCH better deal. I figured, it's German, it can take it.

No problems since.

Default mine came with 11 miles....

and here in California, a car can be considered NEW even if it was a "Dealer" licensed vehicle.
Meaning never actually registered, "No Title" so its NEW to the state. Its actually kind of weird.

My 96' Maxima was the sales managers car, 17,000 miles, NEW!
