Can a Concert II radio be wired in to an 95.5 A4 with Delta unit?

Problem: CAN bus
the Concert II depends on it, but your car doesn't have it. The Concert II takes some information (such as "lights on") from the CAN bus; the Delta has a dedicated wire for that.
