Can ECUx alter timing, fueling, rev limiter?

It's the type of coding used by Bosch with the ECU. Up to 99 it's all motronic 5.9....
then in 99.5 they switched ECU to Motronic ME-7, which is the same time DBW occured. It's flashable programing and a much more inteligent coding as they do quite a bit more.

You in theory could, but it's presently not possible....
In reality LEMI is making adjustments that are logarythmic not algaorytmic. You get set parameter across the board within the ECU's capable range of self adaption/adjutments. In reality you have nothing you can do unless you go StandALONE for real tuning capabilities (presently).
