Can the rear deck brake light be removed independently to allow for tinting??

if you pull backward on the cover (there is a FAQ for removing the rear deck and it is like the first step or two to get just the brake light cover off...you don't have to remove the whole deck), it comes off easily.

you press in on either side of it and pull back. That should give the tinter enough room to tint the entire rear window. On my A4s, it's really hard to pull that shroud off, but it will come off (that's how the dealer changes those bulbs back there).

in md it's illegal to cover the light so they cut the tint around it. looks fine. not noticible at all..
