Default Can rear toe be adjusted on FWD? Mine is +0.7 (out of spec)

My total rear toe is +0.7 degrees. this is on H&R Cup Kit. For factory nonsport suspension, Bentley says it should be 20'+15'/-10' which is +0.58 max, while for factory sport suspension it is +0.72 max. However, I originally had nonsport suspension. Should I be worried about rear tire wear with +0.7 degress rear toe?

Default my camber is bad, i think -1.4 degrees, which i dont think can be corrected

im just worried about rear toe, because a out of spec toe will wear tires more than camber. the alignment place i took my car to didnt correct rear toe, but they did correct front toe, so i was wondering if rear toe could be corrected at all
