torque is from the fact that the turbo cannot spool that much more boost for the entire rpm range.
As you can see it spikes to crazy numbers so early in the powerband (and boost goes crazy) as it advances timing...
Then, since it was running on pump for that dyno, it cannot continually run on such highly advanced timing...so then the boost drops and so does the power/torque.
I'm sure if I ran race fuel that the spike would probably stay the same but the let-off would be less dramatic.

the dip would have been right after peak tq not 1k rpms later. Something else caused the big dip at 4300 rpms which caused a 50+ tq and 50 hp drop in power.
