Default yeah I was a happy man on my bday...

little off topic but I can't stand the whole noob debate so I brought a hot chick I'm trying to get as gf to a strip club (she's never been) and I bought her a lap dance (I got to watch :O ) and she loved it (almost as much as I did) OI I LOVE MAC 2's in billerica!

Default That's cool, but on my 21st

I didn't remember anything. That's how it SHOULD be imho, but glad to hear you had a good time.

Default Postcount really doesn't mean anything

I may not have a low AID or a high postcount, but I've been a member of a bunch of different internet forums going back something like six years. I've picked up a bit about forum etiquette along the way, and in the few months I've been a member here, I've answered innumerable questions by searching. Don't lump everyone in one group because some people are too lazy to search around.

There's also a flip side to that coin. Forums that have been around as long as this particular one (B5 A4) tend to evolve in purpose and subject matter. I was a member of a forum for a particular computer game that talked for a while about playing the game, then modifying and adding to it. After a while, other games came out that were newer, people moved on, and the tone changed. I can empathize, because I left that forum after an influx of annoying people occurred.
But, face facts - 7 years after the B5 was first sold in America, there isn't going to be a whole lot of ground-breaking discussion going on. It's the nature of such a place that there will be a lot of "what's wrong with my car" and "is brand X the best chip for my car" type of questions. I don't think anything will change that.

Default well, there are new things coming out, and people still are trying new things....

but a lot has already been done, this is very ture. I think what people need to remember is when they have a 'tude after 2 post why the hell should anyone that's been working on these cars for 4 years bother to help them. Esp. when they can't take the time to search for 5-10 mins. Most of the old hats now stick to AWOT, or the Perf forums since they no longer deal with newbies. The Vet's that stick around shouldn't be attacked for asking people to search(**** I mean be glad they're still checking this forum). I know the search funtion kind sucks, but it still works, things about chips, BPV, and mentaince are all right there.
