2000 audi a4 1.8T quattro
Throttle body.
I see two part numbers on the throttle body.
I'm sure this is the right one.
06B 133 062B The other one looks like the bosch one. I checked on vwparts.com where I got my MAF.
$589 :0 It saids housing, I need to call them tommorrow and find out.
But most importantly if someone can do me a favor and find the gasket part #. I have an lcd screen and I can't view etka on my computer. Only goes to 1024..
I would be greatful if you can help me thanks.
Damm... Guess I didn't fix the loose connection. It's the throttle body for sure. I checked the continuity of the wires. And read these 4 dtc's
18012- internal module driver error
17976 ---
17987--- throttle actuator j338 mechanical failure.
The throttle body gives errors when I try to do an adapation. It's dead, oh well :/
thanks,
jaime

...seems like a freak occurance. I don't think I've ever heard of a DBW throttle body totally biting the dust....so unless there's something kit related that's causing you to eat TBs, I say go with a junkyard.
They look to be going for $150-250. You could throw 2-3 junkyard TBs at it for the cost of a new one....and if you end up doing that--then obviously you've got more than a TB problem on your hands. Also, you're not gonna have any type of warranty on a new TB from the dealer ....whereas you might end up with at least a 90day warranty from a junkyard. Good luck.
