If you go to the US web page you can build an A4 with tip, 1.8T and quattro.

because it is not an option in Australia, you can on get a4 TQM

A4 1.8T FrontTrek Tiptronic or,
A4 1.8T Front Trek 5-speed or,
A4 1.8T Quattro 5-speed only
You can't get Quattro 1.8T with Tiptronic over there because Audi thinks the right-hand drive market is not big enough; however, things maybe different on next generation of A4.

They only offer the 1.8 non-turbo engines with three on the tree shifters. They use to offer the push putton activated gears from the dash (like my 1960 Plymouth Valiant), but people started complaining of carpal tunnel syndrome, so they went to the three on the tree advanced technology.
