Default can you help identify this chip

i just bought my first audi and was told it had a chip from the owner before last.; but he wasnt sure what kind . my husband dosent think it has a aftermarket chip so he took a pic to post. it doesnt look like any i have seen on other pics of chips when i did search. also i have seen many different clutch reccomendations but wasnt looking to spend anymore than i had to as i just bought the car but it has to have a clutch and timing belts so can anyone reccomend a decent priced clutch to a car that will have some mods but too extensive. ie>: chip, exhaust, maybe fmic? any help would be appreciated

ps it is a p box 2000 a4 quattro

Default I don't see any clear identification on the chip

Have you installed a boost gauge yet? That will remove all doubt as to wether you're chipped or not.

That white terminal appears to be an APR socket.

it would seem to be an older (first gen) APR EMCS Sockey chip.

Default For a clutch, just buy a sach performance clutch. That clutch will be more then enough

for your car.

BTW welcome to the MY00(2000) club

Stock should be ~6-7lbs, chipped should be ~15-17.
