cannot hold steady boost low rpms
i have a 98 a4 1.8tq w/ apr chip factory turbo, and during wot below 3000 rpms it boosts up to 1 bar and then it bounces back and forth from 16psi - 5psi. after about 3500 rpms it holds steady. i have a turboxs bpv also. do you know what the problem could be? the hoses have all been replaced to samco hoses.
