Default It's rusted on. Need to get a 2x4 or bigger - and sledge hammer
Put the wood against the tire and wheel and hit the wood with the hammer.

Default spray PB Blaster or wd40 and soak between the wheel and the hub.
wait 5-10min and try again.

Default lol. ...wut u do is leave few bolts on just not tight
lower the car and move it a lil let it become lose.. worked for me..
