Can't get rear license plate off -bolts rusted. Should dealer fix? (help)
My car's coming off warrenty at the end of this month. The metal clips behind my rear plate have rusted through and have stripped the screws or are turning in their plastic holders. I can't get my plate off. I asked the dealer to fix this a year ago and they said I'd have to pay the hourly fee ($~75/hr) to have them cut the screws off. I think 3 screws are stuck like this! Is this something that Audi should cover?
