Car Alarm goes off and I don't know why. Do you? 01Q
It just started today. I was out doing yard work and it went off 2 times in an hour when nothing was around. Any ideas? worse case I still have full warrenty

I had wierd alarm behavior and eventually the battery died...
Turned out that the rear tail light was leaking and water had entered the passenger rear wheel well submerging the alarm brain.
Were your windows down though? I'd noticed that even before this happened my alarm would go off if the windows were down and there was a strong breeze.

disable the motion sensor...
it's the little button at the bottom on the B-pillar on the driver's side. if the sunroof or windows are open when the alarm is activated, a breeze may set it off.
