Car chokes only when I turn it on in the morning.

I have no idea what you mean by it "chokes" only in the morning. I as well as others would be happy to help you but you need to give more details.

This only happens when the car hasn't been turned on for a while, for example in the morning when I go to work. It doesn't turn on smoothly, it chokes and than turns on. If I turn it off and turn it on again for the 2nd time, it won't choke. By choking, I mean it sounds like the battery's dying. It feels like the fuel isn't going to the engine.

till you actually crank the car over. As the car sits the pressure will drop and when you first turn the key on it will pulse the pump and bring the pressure up around 20psi.
