car does not want to start.

Default car does not want to start.

99 quattro 5spd 124xxx miles (car info)

I have to play with the clutch pedal as in letting in and out till I feel the engine to turn sometimes just a couple well do but not its taking even longer than it was. Please help the Battery is defientaly charge.

Bad switch on the clutch pedal.

Part is about $100, if that indeed is your problem.

Basically, you are having problems starting and jiggling the clutch pedal makes it start?

Yes, i have to move my clutch pedal in and out like 10 times just to hear it turn over somestimes it will go sometimes not. ive looked up the clutch bypass and giving that a try, also when i try to start the car i hear a click of some sort when i move the clutch pedal, i know its some type of soledind click i would say.
