ah I remeber when that happened to me. I had it welded back onto the flange for about 90 bucks.

Default your exhaust is pretty much open so the turbo is no longer muffled by the cat

Default you can try to pop it back in for the short drive
I had to drive about 4 miles, halfway there I hit a bump and it pushed itself back in.

Default it's the flange that connects the catalytic converter to your turbo.
You'll need a new cat, or you'll need to get that flange welded back on.

Default YSATRC. He said it's a '97... and if it's european, then the 8yr/80k federal emissions warranty
may not apply anyhow.
