Take the 4K$ and run, and b careful buying salvage title cars unless you plan to keep till it runs
into the ground. I have bought quite a few salvage title cars - real cheap - and ran until I sold for scrap. Only a good deal if you have know how to judge what you bought and can do upkeep cheap!
