I am so glad I have the first version. there is no way that can be better

there is no way that intake can add more pwr than the old style. first of all the filter enclosure is open on the bottom.

The old style has the filter sealed so air has to flow thru it. It is tight so it flows faster. Sorry Carbonio no way. The metal heats up faster than CF. thats the point of having the ENTIRE ASSEMBLY made out of CF to keep Temps down.
