Default Cars Pings....Solution--> NOS octane booster!
each kit was 11 bux from kragen, one bottle per fill up. raises gas by 6 octane. so 91 octane to 97 octane. the funny thing is, it says for racing only, not street legal. why would they sell it at your local kragen then? hmm. oh well, i like the stuff, idk if i have really noticed a difference performance wise but it doesnt ping anymore. just thought i would tell you guys.

oh yea, so now gas is at 4 bux a gallon for me

It raises your octane to 91.6, not 97.

i think octane is done by points..so you raised it to 91.6 i think

Thats impossible... it says Raises octane to 104 on the bottle.

Default what tuning are you running? what KIND of gas are you running?
you're only covering up the problem, not fixing it.

its also a carcinogen (sp?) it will give you teh cancer and kill ya dead... but it also gives a nice boost in octane.

if you use it sparingly... you'll be fine. you shouldn't run it in every tank.
