Today I picked a race with a civic, no competition whatsoever. As I passed this little Sh*T-box I went to pull in front of him in his lane and to my suprise an early 90's cavalier Z 34 pulled in right behind me.
I never went full out with the "Z" but what in the world is a cavalier doing anywhere near me?
Are those things really fast?
I am not the fastest I could be, still have thousands of $$ to put in my car but I would like to think the little I put into my car was enough for a cavalier.
Also as a side note, I was scared racing the honda, he had something in japanese written on the side, I thought that translated to "I am fast"

Cavaliers have a "Z24" package, because they are 2.4L 4-cyl motors, tuned for more hp than a standard Cavalier. Meanwhile, the Beretta (god rest its soul) had a performance model available, called the "Z34", because it came w/ a 6cy, i'm assuming at 3.4L. There never was a Cavalier Z34, only Z24. He's just correcting you, not asking a question.
