Depending on the year..Panasonic probably
Check stratmosphere and/or clairparts. Also I think there is a place autotoys (?) that sells the unit.
Panasonic OEMs the unit to Audi. The Panasonic changers need an adapter cable.

It's a 2001 with the CD/Tape deck.
I'd like a 6 or 10 CD Changer mounted in the trunk, but I don't want to pay Audi for what I could get for 1/2 the price and install myslef. . .

Did you check clairparts?
Even my dealer told me to order if from them. Audi part, 6-disc, $300.
The other places selling the panasonic changers w/ adapters are a bit less, but not much.
If the Audi part fails, you have a chance that the dealer will fix it. IMHO that's worth $20.
