CD changer problem

I promise I have searched.

My recently purchased A4 had a good working CD changer and suddenly it wont load discs. Replace or repair? What are my options?

You also need to mention year of the car, as there are three different stereos.

I bought a new Concert I cassete player, plugged in it a VW CD Player in the glovebox and at the CD player`s changer plug i use a PhatNoise. Now i have Cassete/CD/external usb or whatever card you want.
