I found a head unit i liked but the could not install it because of some issue with the stock amp and to much power.
I do not want fm modulater.
what can I do about the poer issue or how can I get the "cd" button on my Concert unit to work

Are you trying to replace the OEM head unit with an aftermarket one and are worried about the Bose amp?
I am lost, and I think others are too.

He could be right. Then again, there are plenty of incapable stereo installers out there who may not be familiar with the Audi system. Ask around at other shops, ask around on-line (Audio forum!), and when all else fails--SEARCH the archives. :-)
