CEL and umm yeah not so good....

CEL and umm yeah not so good....
Ok, I was driving home on friday and well the CEL came on and so I go to Advanced Auto Parts to check it and I was a little suprised at what came up...
DTC (Codes)
P0116-Engine Coolant Temp CKT Range/Perf (I had the sensor replaced literally on thursday last week)
P0171-System too Lean (Bank 1)
P0174-System too Lean (Bank 2)
P1250-Manufacturer Control Fuel Air Metering
DTC Pending (Codes)
P0174-System too Lean (Bank 2)
With all this I decided to clean cone filter and well the CEL turned off but wouldn't having a dirty air filter make the mixture too rich and not lean? Less air+same gas=rich, not lean. I think something fishy is going on does anyone have a solution or suggestion?
P.S. 1997 2.8
