Default CEL Woes

Well, my VAG-COM came today, and I have 2 trouble codes. 1 is a Cyl #1 misfire, and the other is a random cylinder misfire. It also appears that I have a bad O2 sensor. Somehow the VW stealer managed to *not* tell me this when I went in the last time with the CEL on. $75 and they tell me to change the spark plugs to get rid of the CEL. Anyways, I STILL don't know which O2 sensor it is!
So, 2 part question for everyone: Where are the O2 sensors on a 2.8 engine, and how does one determine if they're bad?

Auto Zone wants $157 each sensor, so I'd like to make sure they're bad before I just buy new ones.

Any help on this would be appreciated!

Default you should a) buy the factory repair manual b) use the procedure in there and ur vag-com to fix it.

the o2 sensors are typically before and after the catalyic converter.

Default Post the actual fault codes (all the numbers and text).

You can use the Copy Codes button:<ul><li><a href="http://www.ross-tech.com/vag-com/tour/dtc_screen.html">http://www.ross-tech.com/vag-com/tour/dtc_screen.html</a</li></ul>
