Changing Shocks/Struts what about spring seats and dustcovers?

Changing Shocks/Struts what about spring seats and dustcovers?
Im going to change shocks/struts all 4, should I also change spring seat(upper and lower) and jounce bumper/dustcover? or I can just reuse them?
car is 99.5 v6 2.8 quattro with 100K miles as of yesterday ;-)
also what about Springs they look fine no rust?

I'm going to be doing the same soon.. I've been searching around for a good used set or a cheap new set. Going to be going with Bilstien touring fronts and the cheapest rears I can get. Then going for some sport springs to lower it a little.. Not too concerned about them lasting 10 years since I prolly won't have the car for too long
