Probably a vacuum hose leak. Most common in that engine

Default When mine went on dealer said vacuum leak. But nothing was wrong ==>

After it is reset you'll know if there is still a problem if the light comes on within 7kms (4-5 miles)
If it does then there is definitely a problem, maybe a small pinhole leak or something. This is very costly because the dealer has to find out where the leak is first, which is lots of $$$ in Labor. But I'm not sure what 'Exhaust recirculation flow too low' means.

HTH
Enjoy

Providing you have a 2.8, this usually is caused by a hose going to a secondary air valve by the exhaust manifold on the passenger side of the car. It is a cloth covered line and the rubber deteriorates inside. It looks good outside though. If you have small hands It is no problem to access otherwise good luck.
