Take one of your list - B Pillar Rattle
My B-Pillar rattles too, but only when it is cold. It is coming from the seatbelt hinge thing and only because it is at the lowest position. If I move it up a notch, the noise is gone.

How did you convince them to replace the tranny?
I've got the same problem I think, but may not be as bad as yours was. (very notchy shifts from 1-2, and a bit from 2-3, even when warm.)

loooooooong story......
but bottom line is my trans blew. it overheated and lost 3rd gear altogether, so it had to be replaced. its the replacement tranny that is having these problems, the original never did.
