Chipped APR 1/4 Mile times are HORRIBLE
I went to the track yesterday for the first time with my 2001 1.8TQ Auto A4 and was dissapointed to see the 1/4 mile times. I had 5 runs and here are the results:
17.3 at 82
17.3 at 82
17.2 at 82
17.2 at 82
17.2 at 83
The 0-60 foot time was 2.9 seconds. This is horrible. My friends ford escort had better 0-60 foot time. What can be wrong here? I was thinking I would run in the 15's.

2.9 60ft is horrible man. Even just stomping on the gas at the green should net you a better 60 ft.
FWD cars on street tires usually get a 2.5-2.0
AWD cars on street tires usually get a 2.1-1.7
These are for stick cars of course. I noticed your running an auto - anyone know the stock stall on an auto a4 (as in what rpm can you safely hold at the line)?
