all depending on tires, but the same goes for manual. Easing one pedal off (clutch) while feathering the other (gas) is not as simple.

have differences in our opinions. I think they both take as much practice, you dont. No real mystery here.

I had no problem running low 15's at ~90mph with my APR chipped 99.5 A4 Avant with Borla exhaust.
Those number even look weak for a non-chipped A4. Maybe you have a boost leak or something?

at the time the car had all stock equipment except for a crate 300HP 350 engine. My best was a 15.0 on a limited slip rear. I ended up doing headers, true dual exhaust conversion, full MSD ignition, coil, distributor, hollow cats, heads (with higher compression), TH400 trans with a higher stall, rear, plus had a Holley 650 and electric fuel pump with a 150 shot waiting. I was so close to finishing and I don't know what came over me. I even had the timing retard box installed and was working on adding a fuel cell. I think the fuel system work discouraged me and I was reluctant to use the juice. I never did finish it and I got tired of working on cars for a while (I was 18). So, I never ended up running it again :-(
