Clair Parts Rocks!
Ok, I finally broke down and bought the Audi Sport floormats. I ordered them Tuesday and they showed up Wednesday. I also sent in a question about their website and had 2 replies in 15 minutes. Nice service guys, keep it up.

Our Support Team is Our Backbone
The people behind the screens are our backbone. Within minutes after your order is received it is entered into the system where a picking ticket is generated, then handed off to one of our pickers who will pick the merchandise from one of our three-onsite warehouse facilities. At that point he delivers the order to the shipping coordinator who over sees the final packaging and invoicing of some 75-100 orders per day that are shipped around the world. AND THAT IS THE REST OF THE STORY.
