Clairpart cd changer install kit ... please help

Has anyone bought the cd changer installation kit from clairparts or audi (part #8D5-051-103)? What EXACTLY does it include?

ANY help is great appreciated

How many brackets? does it come with all the screws and speednuts needed?

AFAIK, it comes with everything you need, hence the name "kit".
