I know this is a subject that's been talked about a lot, but I found an excellent way to clean the headliner. The body shop left my headliner a mess. There was dirt, grease, and grime everywhere. I went to a local grocery store and purchased this stuff called Spot Shot. I've used it on my rugs before to remove dirt and pet stains. I got a kitchen towel for about 99 cents, and got to work. I sprayed the Spot Shot on the towel, and wiped it across the first spot of dirt, and it removed the dirt with no problem. I finished the entire headliner in about 45 minutes, and it looks brand new. I also removed the bars over each door to make it easier. This stuff costs about 3 buck for a can. It works wonders, cause my headliner was ****ed! It looked like a bunch of kids were fingerpainting on my headliner with dirt and old motor oil. You won't be disappointed with this stuff. Works like a charm on your upholstery and rugs too.
