Default Cleaning the MAF, but what else could kill engine idle?

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Problem:
When I tried to start the car this morning, it starts up just fine.. but would not hold idle. RPM goes to 1500, then just drops to zero. I tried giving gas to see if I can hold the idle, but didn't work - no matter if it's 1/4 or 1/2 pressed.

What lead up to it:
I was driving around town yesterday when all of a sudden the car lost power. I was giving it gas, but car just lugged. Even with gas pedal pressed 1/2 way, the engine wasn't rev'ing up (lugging). I noticed on boost gauge car was building boost - without effort. So, limped home at some 25 mph. A couple of times when I slow the car down for turns or come to stop light, the car just wants to stall and actually stalled a couple of time as I push in clutch at a stop sign/light. Car would start back up and was able to limp home.

Seen this problem before:
I had the same rough idle issue a couple months back, but I was able to hold the gas down and force idle for 30 second. The car would idle fine by itself after warm up. I pulled the code (below). Interesting, that rough idle @ start problem went away a few weeks ago. Car starts and drove fine until yesterday. The problems appear to be related - maybe something really broke this time.

Thanks! Cleaning the MAF did the trick. Actually, it was rather neglected.. the aftermarket foam-based filter had disintegrated (prob due to heat and time), clogging up the MAF screen. It's now purring like a kitten.
